Dr. Heto practices a contemporary approach to therapy, in which you’ll collaborate together on your goals and the plan for getting there. It’s a little different than the traditional therapist approach. From your first session, you’ll find no awkwardness or guesswork, but instead you’ll find the opportunity for an open conversation. If you ask a question, Dr. Heto will give you a straightforward answer; and if you’re wanting her opinion, she will provide it. Keep in mind that this process is challenging, active, and requires your full effort to reach your goals. But in Dr. Heto’s experience, the more that an individual digs in to the process with her, the quicker and more dramatic the results.
